Whispering River Resort is nestled between two mountains on The Little River in Walland, TN. Located within minutes of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, and just a short distance from Maryville, TN, and Townsend, TN, Walland is a convenient and quiet place to relax any time of the year. Our resort is within a short drive to most attractions in the East TN region, including Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Tail of the dragon, Tuckaleechee caverns, Cades Cove, and downtown Knoxville.

Bathhouse always clean.  … read more I will say the wifi  is weak,  but that’s no big problem for us.   Good cable .  Owners are super,  they are straight up.   You treat them right and they will go the extra mile to make sure your stay is a good one.   Highly recommend this place.

					I like a little more personal space between campers because we tend to be outside more than inside. We had an end spot and it was nice. Fire ring and… read more picnic table right at the site. Nice amenities: washers, dryers, lounge area, nice bathrooms, pool, fitness center (didn’t have time to scope it out) decent wifi and TV hookups. Site was pretty level and packed well.
